changes

turn and face the strain....

my healthy lifestyle choices are really paying off. I'm on myfitnesspal if anyone wants to follow me and keep track of my progress, look for kristyemilia on there :)

Stats Update - 27 October

Since the 20th of August I have lost the following:
7.3 kgs (bringing the total to about 10 I think from when I started just after the wedding?)
14 cms off my waist
4 cms off my hips
9.6 kgs of FAT!!!!
2.3 points off my BMI

Since 15/09 (when we started doing arm measurements)
I lost 1.5cm off my right bicep and 0.5 off my left :)

I am loving my changes I have made in my life and I am really enjoying the gym.

I bought a heart rate monitor and I love it so much! It really helps me gauge my calorie burning. I aim to burn at the very least 500 calories each gym session with normally 1 or 2 days off a week :)

I have noticed considerable differences in my general health and well-being. Unfortunately the added exercise has exacerbated my knee condition but I'm working with a physio weekly to sort that out.

So from the slightly thinner, healthier me, good night xx

  1. I LOVE MyFitnessPal! When my knees are bothering me, I work out in the pool. I don't even feel it the next day but the calories still melt off. =]
