Or so I thought.
I've been in a rut.
Feel like I'm failing.
Feel like I'm letting myself down.
I started bootcamp on Monday. It's a four week training program 3 times a week for an hour.
I am hoping this is the kick up the arse I need!
I've been sticking to my fitness, my eating hasn't been fantastic, I've been away for work which is always difficult with no cooking facilities.
Ive been a bit sick again so I'm putting my misery down to that.
Anyway my purpose of writing this down for all to see is to switch my mindset and get me out of this funk!
