I'm just DYING today because even though I've been tracking my calories like mad and had a huge caloric defecit this week (while still maintaining at least 1200 a day to keep me from going into "starvation mode,") I've GAINED two pounds this week! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!!? ='[
Oh god :( I hate when that happens. Are you still losing cms? I try to avoid the number on the scales and focus more on fat % and the way my clothes feel.
